We’re planning to upgrade our internal system over the weekend of Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December 2025.

Our online services - including myIR, self-service phonelines and gateway services - will be unavailable from 6am Saturday 6 December to about 6pm Sunday 7 December.

Our phonelines and offices will be back to normal hours on Monday 8 December.

Drafts in myIR

Any saved drafts in myIR will be available after the shutdown.

Our website will remain available, and you will still be able to make payments through your bank during the shutdown.
