Cost of Living Payment The Government has announced a Cost of Living Payment, which will be paid from 1 August 2022. You do not need to apply for this payment. If you are eligible, we’ll pay it into your bank account. Find out more

We have nearly completed the applications for the COVID-19 Support Payment and are now reviewing the accounts of a sample of our customers who received one or more of the following:

  • Resurgence Support Payment (RSP)
  • COVID-19 Support Payment (CSP)
  • Small Business Cashflow Scheme loan (SBCS).

The review is to make sure customers met the relevant eligibility criteria and have used the payments in line with the terms and conditions. If we find 1 of your clients was ineligible or has not used the payments in line with the terms and conditions, we may act to recover these.
