Changes to the myIR login screen are coming You will not be able to use myIR between 1pm Saturday 8 October and 8am Monday 10 October. This is so we can update our external authentication system. From Monday 10 October the myIR login page will have a new look and feel, but the login process will not change.

Check if payroll giving is available

Ask your employer if they offer a payroll giving scheme.

Check the organisation is on our approved list

Check the organisation you want to donate to is on our approved list.

Approved donee organisations

Find out the bank account number

Ask the organisation for its bank account number.

Tell your employer

You need to let your employer know:

  • the name of the organisation
  • the organisation's bank account number
  • how much you want to donate
  • when you want to donate.

What happens next

You might be able to change who you donate to, the amount and frequency. Ask your employer if their payroll giving scheme lets you do this.
