These living allowance amounts and minimum rates of child support are used in formula assessments. They are updated every year.

Living allowances are based on benefit rates. There are 2 types:

  • a standard rate for most people
  • a separate rate for anyone who receives supported living payments.

1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
