After we changed our voice channel technology, we received feedback on how the callback function is working. This has led to further changes being made.

From today, we have removed the restriction on the number of callbacks you can request on the Tax Agents' and Bookkeepers' phone line. This means you will be able to request multiple callbacks from the same number. 

We also recently made changes to include the estimated wait times.
