Annual visits for agents with less than 50 clients

We are looking to optimise the way we do business. As part of this, we have reviewed the Account Management service offering.

From 1 April 2024 we will be making a change to the way we manage annual visits to Tax Agents with less than 50 clients.

Annual visits for these agents will only be completed if we believe it's necessary. If we need to, we'll do these visits virtually. Account managers will still review client authorities to act annually. The reviews will be done through our web message service.

Account managers will still be available to help with exceptional issues where a matter is urgent and/or needs escalation.
