We encourage you to improve security and protect sensitive information by using an authentication process in your agency for all web logons.

We now have 2 ways you can securely log in to your myIR account:

  • 2-step verification
  • Log in using a passkey.

Using 2-step verification

2-step verification gives you an extra layer of security by requiring more than just your myIR User Id and password.

Set up and manage two-step verification

Authenticate using passkeys

You can now choose to authenticate your myIR login using a passkey.

Passkeys allow you to log in to myIR using your fingerprint, face, or screen lock, like a PIN, instead of a username and password. Plus, if you use 2-step verification, you will not have to verify a code when you log in using a passkey.

Why you should use passkeys

With passkeys, you do not need to remember complex passwords. Passkeys are encrypted digital keys you create using your fingerprint, face, or screen lock. Because you save passkeys to your password manager, you can log in on other devices.
