Planned system outage

We’re closing some of our systems from 2pm to approximately 8pm Saturday 16 March.

During this time, we’re updating our systems in preparation for the changes that come into effect on or before 1 April 2024.

Our online services (including myIR, our self-service phone line and Gateway Services) will be unavailable. We expect that our update will take about 6 hours and our systems will be available again by 8pm.

We are not anticipating any impacts to any saved drafts or web requests in myIR.
