We have resolved the issue where pending payments could not be viewed in myIR.
There are now two options available to view this information.
Under ‘Manage subscriptions’ in the Intermediary centre in myIR, you will need to subscribe to the relevant client’s account. Then, navigate to ‘Manage payments and returns’ and you will be able to see any pending payments for the clients you’re subscribed to.
Access the client you’re wanting to manage, then navigate to ‘Manage payments and returns’. From here you will be able to view any pending payments for that client. You will need to follow this for each client you’re wanting to manage.

Clients are also able to view their own pending payments using option 2 above.
