You can see your child support – liable parent account from the myIR homepage. It shows how much is due for the current month and any overdue amounts.

Click on 'View assessment balances’. From here you can see:

• ‘Current assessments’ - this shows past months and the current month including how much was due and how much you’ve paid.
• ‘Due next month’ - this shows how much is due next month, how much you’ve paid and what is left to pay.
• ‘Future assessments’ - this shows your overall assessment from the current month until the end of the tax year on 31 March.

Click on ‘More...’ from the myIR homepage, then ‘Transaction summary report’. Then choose the time period you want to see and click ‘Search’.

This will show you details of your transactions, including:

• your child support assessment
• penalties you’ve been charged
• payments you’ve made.
