JAN 15

AIM instalments are due if you have a March balance date.
JAN 15

Provisional tax payments are due if you have a March balance date and use the standard, estimation or ratio options.
JAN 28

AIM instalments are due if you file GST monthly and have a March balance date.

If you want your company to remain a qualifying company, make sure you send in a re-election form within 63 days of a shareholding change.

If a shareholder dies, a new shareholder has 365 days to re-elect.

Gather your information

You will need:

the company’s IRD number
all shareholders’ names, signatures, IRD numbers and effective interest.
