Follow these steps to appoint an executive office holder to act on behalf of your organisation.

Before you start

You’ll need your:

  • IRD number and position title (as the ‘valid owner’)
  • organisation’s name.

You’ll also need the executive office holder’s:

  • full name
  • position
  • postal address 
  • phone number
  • IRD number
  • date of birth for non-resident executive office holder's.

The documentation should support the position of the person you’re appointing into the executive office holder role.

You send it in myIR or post it to us.

What happens next
