Before you start
You’ll need your:
- IRD number and position title (as the ‘valid owner’)
- organisation’s name.
You’ll also need the executive office holder’s:
- full name
- position
- postal address
- phone number
- IRD number
- date of birth for non-resident executive office holder's.
