Gather your information

You will need:

  • The company details and IRD number.
  • The balance date.
  • The income year that the company met the criteria for being a non-active company.

Log in to myIR

Select 'more' next to 'I want to'

This will show you a list of tasks you can do.

Select 'Non-active declaration'

This will take you to the online form.

Fill in the online form

You’ll need to fill in all fields and confirm that the company meets the criteria to be non-active.

Submit the form

Complete the declaration and click ‘submit’.

What happens next

We’ll review your declaration. We’ll contact you once we confirm you meet the criteria.

Complete the Non-active company declaration form - IR433 and send it to us. 

The address is on the form.
