Inland Revenue collects these levies on behalf of Te Kaporeihana Āwhina Hunga Ara Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and passes the monies directly to them. The levies are not recognised as revenue or expenditure in the non-departmental schedules. In 2020–22, ACC paid Inland Revenue $14 million for these services (2021–21: $14 million).
