End-of-year income tax and Working for Families bills are due if you have an extension of time to file your income tax return.
MAY 7

AIM instalments are due if you have a March balance date.
MAY 7

Provisional tax payments are due if you have a March balance date and use the standard, estimation or ratio options.

Before you start

You need to meet certain criteria before you apply for an exemption. Check that you're eligible.

Getting an exemption from paying RWT

Gather your information

You need:

your IRD number
your contact details
the reason for the declaration.

In myIR, select the 'I want to...' tab

Select 'Apply for an RWT exemption'

You'll find this under the heading 'Registration, application and enrolment'

Submit the application

You can attach supporting documentation before submitting
