StationeryXpress is an online service that lets tax agents order our forms, guides and other stationery online.

Gather your information

You'll need:

  • your agency's IRD number
  • your agency's address
  • a contact person for your agency
  • the contact details for your contact person.

You'll also need to confirm if you:

  • are a member of a professional body
  • have a public practice certificate
  • prepare returns for your employer
  • prepare returns for clients other than your employer.

What happens next

  • We'll send confirmation to the email address you put on the IR599 to let you know your StationeryXpress account is set up.
  • The confirmation email will include a link to the StationeryXpress login page - so make sure you bookmark this in your browser.

  • Make sure your contact details are always up to date in StationeryXpress.
  • You'll need to let us know if you no longer need your StationeryXpress account.
