The Working for Families (WFF) statistics section has reports on the number of families who were entitled to receive WFF during an income tax year. The statistics include number of families receiving WFF, total entitlement amounts, and average entitlement amount per family.
We update these statistics yearly.
You can download the WFF data from the 2001 to 2022 tax years on the Working for Families statistics dataset page. Data for the 2019 to 2021 tax years has been adjusted.
The latest update uses data extracted from Inland Revenue systems on 14 August 2023.
