You can make cash or EFTPOS payments at a Westpac branch or Westpac Smart ATM. From 1 June 2024, you will need to identify yourself by providing your name and in some case your phone number when making payments in a Westpac branch. To make a payment, you have 2 options.
Quick and easy payment slip
You can take your return or statement that shows a barcode. You can find your barcode on the teal and grey ‘Quick and easy payment’ slip at the bottom of the last page.
If you do not have a payment slip
If you do not have a ‘Quick and easy payment’ slip, you can create a barcode before your visit.
