Changes to the myIR login screen are coming You will not be able to use myIR between 1pm Saturday 8 October and 8am Monday 10 October. This is so we can update our external authentication system. From Monday 10 October the myIR login page will have a new look and feel, but the login process will not change.

We provide a link at the bottom of each of our newsletters that allows you to quickly and easily unsubscribe from all of our newsletters, or to change your preferences.

You can also use our Manage Subscription form to change the frequency of the newsletters you receive or to unsubscribe altogether.

How to unsubscribe

If you click on the unsubscribe link on our newsletter, you can unsubscribe from all our newsletters at once.

If you wish to cancel 1 newsletter and retain the rest, use the preferences link at the bottom of each newsletter to update your newsletter options and follow the instructions in the next section.

If you do not have a newsletter handy, you can unsubscribe through our website by using the manage subscriptions process as described below.

How to manage your preferences

You can use the Manage my subscription form to change the frequency of the newsletters you receive or to unsubscribe altogether.

Enter your email address

Enter the email address you have registered for this service.

If you have entered a valid email address, we will send you a verification email.

Check your inbox

Check your email inbox and click on the verification email that we send to you.

Remember to check your spam mailbox if the email does not come through into your main inbox.

Select or deselect options

If you have registered an email address with us, the subscription form will be updated with your options displayed.

Click on each box to select or deselect any option.

Unsubscribe from everything if needed

Click on the “unsubscribe” button to unsubscribe from all newsletters, or click on “Update” to save any changes you have made.
