Before you start

Customers can cancel an ongoing direct debit at any time on myIR.

You will need to log in to your myIR account to do so.

Go to the account summary page for liable parent

From here, there are two ways you can cancel your ongoing direct debit. You can either select 'Make a payment' or 'More...' > 'Make a payment' from your liable parent account.

Select 'View ongoing direct debit details'

This can be found under the heading 'Payments, refunds and returns'.

Select 'Cancel payments'

This is at the top right of the 'Ongoing direct debit details' panel. You will need to click yes when prompted.
