Before you start
Customers can cancel an ongoing direct debit at any time on myIR.
You will need to log in to your myIR account to do so.
Select 'I want to...' on the myIR homepage
Go to the heading 'Payments, refunds and returns' and select 'Prepay a future obligation'.
Select 'View or modify' for the direct debit you want to cancel
Select 'Cancel ongoing direct debit'
You will need to click 'yes' when prompted to complete the cancellation.
