Before you start
Customers can cancel an ongoing direct debit at any time on myIR.
You will need to log in to your myIR account to do so.
Select 'More...' in the account your direct debit relates to
Go to the heading 'Payments, refunds and returns' > ‘Manage ongoing direct debit’
Select 'View or modify' for the direct debit you want to cancel
Select 'Cancel ongoing direct debit'
You will need to click yes when prompted to complete the cancellation.
