Purpose

Veterans' Affairs wishes to assist Claimants to obtain their Compensation more easily by requesting the Claimants’ free and informed consent for Veterans' Affairs to request and receive Claimants' income information directly from Inland Revenue.

The Parties acknowledge that, while this MoU does not create legally enforceable rights or obligations, the Parties have agreed to abide by and follow the terms of this MoU.
